6 Ways to Motivate Your Kids to Be More Active

As a parent, it can be difficult to get your children motivated and active. Kids naturally want to stay indoors, play video games, watch TV, and scroll through social media. However, physical activity is an important part of overall health. Without regular exercise, our kids risk developing poor fitness habits that could lead to serious health issues down the line. 1. Enroll Them in Group Classes

Class-based activities, such as gymnastics, dance, martial arts, swimming, and sports teams are great ways to get your kids physically active. Plus, they’ll also learn important social skills like teamwork and communication. 5. Work Out Together

Another way to get your kids more active is by working out with them. Not only will this help motivate them and keep them engaged, but it can also be a great bonding experience for the two of you.
