The week is wrapped up with two stars, Ashley Williams and H by Hakaan, two shows to set apart the bunch, with a few familiar faces (see if you can spot them on the frow!)
A display of pink and black furs, rain hats, waists all cinched in and inspired by the 60s although with elements of the 80s, with punk inspired shapes and pvc textures with a nostalgic child like aspect of cartoon characters and stickers. Also showing A twist on ripped knee jeans showed circle cut leggings which contrast to the high patterned, almost jacquard collars. My favourite piece was definitely the large puffed pink fur coat (of course!) I think this collection would be really easy to wear. Did you spot in the blur who we sat across from? Wait for my outfit post and all will be revealed!
H BY HAKAAN
The grand finale, and whilst very contrastive to the previous collection that day, H by Hakaan showed simplistic yet sexy ensembles, more cocktail dresses (and cocktail headwear) The mid-motion style headscarf and hood fanned out sweeping across the shoulders of the models, some teamed with black bodycon dresses, some white peplum cut, some with white tailored suits underlaying safari mustard and black tiger prints.
The final few shows we popped in to say hi to the Steam Team to see them live at work, and with all the hustle and bustle it was steamin’ (bad pun I know!) A big thank you to LG for having at London Fashion Week this year, they’ve done a fantastic job with the British Fashion Council and all work so hard, here’s their wrap up of A/W’15
