Todays my interpretation of excessive minimalism, if that’s a term I can coin. Showcasing the age of excessivity. Whilst we dance into the A/W transitions it’s worth mentioning the duster boyfriend coat trend that’s re-emerging, this white one from Glamorous for me is dictionary definition of a duster coat, it’s light and a great throw on piece!
I always feel super art school when I wear this shirt, it’s an old one from last year but such a staple switch up to a classic shirt. This outfit for me is all in the shirt and its simple uniqueness
I’ve been digging skinnys so much recently, always thrown by them when I couldn’t find a pair that didn’t make me look like a grown up that’s outgrown her child clothes, every pair of trousers becomes three-quarter length. My legs are such a love/hate being extra long at 34″. Primark cut a real good bargain for what they are, comfy, high waisted and classic.
Watches and sunglasses have been the other great love of 2014, and this beauty from Klaus Kobec utilises feminine delicacy that looks like a bold piece to wear, I am a sucker for anything that looks like Mother Of Pearl and stole my mums (convenient) real Mother Of Pearl lighter because of the colour spectrum. These elegant glasses are from Mui Mui, my pride and joy. They reek elegance, for me these connote the epitome of femininity!
I’ve been loving my rings from both Oceanic and Pretty Attitude, since receiving them I have literally not taken off this combination, the whole boho multiple ring vibe hasn’t settled and is one of those trends I couldn’t give up. Ever.
Do you ever have days where you’re feeling especially monochrome? or colourful?
