MERMAZING HAIR WITH LOREAL PRO

If you've seen my rainbow hair filled instagram lately you'll be aware of my hair transition from faded blue to being a mermaid rainbow again. I took a trip down to the L'Oreal academy in Hammersmith for a rainbow filled day doing their latest ad for colourful hair. Rainbow cake, rainbow drops, rainbow hair, rainbow people. It was beautiful and wonderful being transformed by my favourite pink haired dude Chris J White from White Haus, luckily he's also based in ye ol' Liverpool so you'll no doubt find us in a crowd easily with the release of their new color range being tried out on us. 

We didn't want ombre, dip dyes, root tint or pastel locks, we wanted bright, vibrant and striking. My roots were touched up, gloss was added to my hair and it was time for the spectacular transformation using their new colorful range that's due to be out in April. 

The day was fuelled with pizza, rainbow cake, fizzy drinks and an abnormal amount of coffee, I was still bouncing around the train on my return back up north. Caffeine is the perfect solution to all crazy ideas, and Chris creating a purple root, with rainbow chevrons could only come from someone as manic as me. As part of the day I was chased around L'Oreal HQ in food fights, jumping on hopscotches and making the most of the day in the rainbow haze.

The final look for my transformation was blowing my hair straight and wanding in big bouncing curls to maximise the potential of the complex hair strategy. I love the colours after many washes, they haven't faded and when they do, will pastelize to a My Little Pony hairdo. L'Oreals versatile range of new colours can be as bright or subtle as you wish, as every blogger walked away with such a unique approach to colourful hair. I've always loved my rainbow locks, and finally feel more like me when my hair is looking at its best.
